What type of photos are required For Hand Sculpted Bobble Head Dolls?
We require a photo that our artists can see the facial features. Small photos are too hard to see some of the important detail so we rely on good photos. They can be crooked and not as perfect as required as our computerized bobble head photos are needed.
The photo is very important. Please note, the primary photo of the face needs to have a even light source throughout the entire face. Trouble photos are ones that have the following:
- partially sunlight and partially shadow.

over exposure

under exposure(shadow)
Be sure to truly send us good photos to ensure your doll will be wonderful for you!
I don’t have a side profile. I only have a front picture. Is that ok?
Yes, we can use only the front picture as long as it is a good, straight-on head shot. The person’s head should NOT be tilted or turned in any direction and is eye-level with the camera.
Will the hand sculpted bobble head have the same exact color from my photo?
Not exactly the same color, however we will hand paint the doll for you and if any changes are needed, we can make them during the proofing process.
Will my hand sculpted bobble head doll look like the photos I send you?
Yes, we offer a likeness to the photo from 70-80%. Keep in mind with our approval process the likeness is greater becasue you contribute feedback to assist our artists in making the doll great!
Do I get a proof photo of my hand sculpted bobble head doll before you send it?
Yes, you will. Once the proof photo is emailed to you, we must receive your responce within 24 hours, otherwise the proof is potentially considered automatically approved and it will be shipped to the shipping address provided. Once the doll leaves our factory, approved or not, we can not make any post shipment adjustments nor can accept the return of the doll.
How long does it take to make a hand made custom bobble head doll?
We offer different shipping options that you can select from at checkout. Currently we can only offer the following:
4-6 weeks
3-4 weeks
2-3 weeks
12-16 days (no proofs)
currently our fastest time, 8 days (no proofs)

The selection you choose means you will receive your bobble head order within the time frame once we receive adequate pictures.
RETURN POLICY
We will guarantee your doll will have a close likeness to the photograph you provide us. By placing this order and completing the checkout- I agree my order cannot be cancelled, returned or disputed in the event I am not happy with my product. Due to the nature of custom made product, it is not refundable. If you do not agree, we urge you not to complete this order. Since they are always made-to-order as a result there is No Refunds and all sales are final.
Shipping Policy
I understand that your selected shipping time lines will be met in most cases. As we can not control third parties such as FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS, we cannot make any guarantees when an order will arrive. If you do not agree, we urge you not to complete this order. In the event a specific delivery date is missed - we are unable to refund or cancel your order. This statement supersedes all written forms of guarantees as we have no guarantees.
