What type of photos are required?
Picture requirement: minimum 1 Clear, straight front view (Not tilted to the left, right, up or down) and 1 side profile if recommended but not always needed. It is customer's responsibility to email/send us clear, Straight front and side profile pictures
The photo is very important. Please note, the primary photo of the face needs to have a even light source throughout the entire face. Trouble photos are ones that have the following:
- partially sunlight and partially shadow.

Be sure to truly send us good photos to ensure your doll will be wonderful for you!
I don’t have a side profile. I only have a front picture. Is that ok?
Yes, we can use only the front picture as long as it is a good, straight-on head shot. The person’s head should NOT be tilted or turned in any direction and is eye-level with the camera.
When do I describe the Eye, Hair and Skin Complextion?
In this process, we do not need you to tell us these items as the computer will capture them from the photo you provide.
Will the realistic bobblehead will have the same exact color from my photo?
Not exactly the same color. because the material we use is not the same as the photo printing paper, thus the color may vary, it maybe lighter or darker than your photos but not the same hue.
Will my realistic bobblehead doll look like the photos I send you?
Yes, we can guarantee the product is going to look like the photo. This is why it is important to send clear vivid straight head shots for us to use.
Do I get a proof photo of my realistic bobblehead doll before you send it?
Yes, you will. Once the proof photo is emailed to you, we must receive your responce within 24 hours, otherwise the proof is considered automatically approved and it will be shipped to the shipping address provided. Once the doll leaves our factory, approved or not, we can not make any post shipment adjustments nor can accept the return of the doll.
How long does it take to make a realistic custom bobble head doll?
We offer different shipping options that you can select from at checkout. Currently we can only offer the following:

The selection you choose means you will receive your bobble head order within the time frame once we receive adequate pictures.
RETURN POLICY
We will guarantee your doll will have a close likeness to the photograph you provide us. By placing this order and completing the checkout- I agree my order cannot be cancelled, returned or disputed in the event I am not happy with my product. Due to the nature of custom made product, it is not refundable. If you do not agree, we urge you not to complete this order. Since they are always made-to-order as a result there is No Refunds and all sales are final.
Shipping Policy
I understand that your selected shipping time lines will be met in most cases. As we can not control third parties such as FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS, we cannot make any guarantees when an order will arrive. If you do not agree, we urge you not to complete this order. In the event a specific delivery date is missed - we are unable to refund or cancel your order. This statement supersedes all written forms of guarantees as we have no guarantees.
