At Bestbobble.com our we utilize a computer to capture the look of the bobblehead from the photograph you provide to us. The proof allows simple changes such as:
- Lighter or darker doll
- Names / Logos if incorrectly done

Minor shape changes only
Due to the capaticity of our facility, when the proof is emailed to you the client / customer we must receive responses within 24hrs, otherwise the proof is considered approved. We try to allow more time however, we reserve the right to ship the doll to you if no contact during this time line is received.
Once a doll leaves our facility, we can honor no post changes and the doll is considered complete and no returns are warranted. |
